• Standard Translation Services: The Standard Translation service allows us to provide our clients with affordable translation for all documents that do not require a specialized service. Our exclusive DoubleTranslation© methodology ensures that the essence of the target text is preserved and the consistency of the translation is maintained. To allow our clients to control and manage their costs, the Standard Translation service is priced very competitively, based on price-per-source-word, with no additional fees or surprises.
• Premium Translation Services: This level of service adds Lexicheck© and CAMS (Computer Assisted Memory Storage) to the DoubleTranslation© methodology, to provide the level of translation typically required for: published material, documents requiring a close management of terminology, as well as texts for which terminology is recurrent and needs to remain consistent. Lexicheck© allows the client to easily verify that the terminology used is acceptable and consistent throughout the document. Our CAMS tool stores and inventories the translation documents on our server to allow for future version updates.
• Expert Translation Services: For all documents submitted to our Expert Translation services, our project manager will develop a profile of the client’s requirements. Based on this profile, we will provide an individualized quote as well as the relevant qualifications of the expert we have assigned to the project. This disclosure process guarantees that our clients can be fully confident in the qualifications of the translator or editor selected for their project. The DoubleTranslation©, Lexicheck© and CAMS methodologies are applied to the Expert translation in order to guarantee the highest level of service.

Documentation Management

Outsourcing your multi-lingual documentation management is an innovative way for your company to reduce its costs. Canadian Translator & Associates can manage the scheduled updates of your documentation in all the languages you need.

The Documentation Management service is recommended for the following types of documents:
